Been listening to the radio all morning with everyone banging on about The Rolling Stones recording their new album in just 3 days & how remarkable it is. NARCS recorded their debut album in 2 days. These 2 days included a trip to the local pub (which had a cake vending machine…), watching Spinal Tap & Anvil! The Story of Anvil, several games of pool & losing Joe for around 6 hours while he went in search of a pizza shop.
I love The Stones but I’m not sure what I find remarkable about a bunch of millionaires with nothing else to do getting together to record an album of covers in 3 days. Bet they didn’t go to the local for a pint of Guinness & slice of cake.
