An interview with Damo from Allusondrugs
Hailing from West Yorkshire, the second band on our pre-Reading Festival previews, are Allusondrugs.
Forming just under two years ago, the band come together to play atmospheric rock.
With plans to release a new double A-side single shortly, the band from Castleford will be on stage at 12:25 at Reading Festival, so make sure you head down to the BBC Introducing Stage.
We caught up with Allusondrugs to talk about their festival experiences and what the crowd should expect:
1) First of all can you introduce yourself to our audience?
We are Allusondrugs.
We are not all on drugs.
We come from a small ex mining town called Castleford and it’s surrounding areas.
We’ve been playing together for just under 2 years.
We play some kind of rock music with a lot of fuzzy guitars and spacey atmospheric noises, it’s also a bit poppy.
